General Return Policy
- Suppose you receive applicable products that differ from the description on the product detail page in Shivayam Silks Pvt Ltd. and are physically damaged, missing parts, or accessories. You can return them in the applicable window.
- Return Process only accepted for damaged sarees
- The product is determined not to be damaged while in your possession;
- The product is no different from what was shipped to you;
- The product will be returned in its original condition (with brand/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all accompanying accessories).
- Products may not be eligible for return in some instances, including a wrong model of products, the color of the product ordered, or the buyer’s regret, such as a wrongly ordered product.
- Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product detail page are non-returnable. However, if a damaged, defective or incorrect item is delivered to you, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
- We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement.
- We reserve the right to receive the product to determine the damage or defect in the product before issuing a refund/replacement.
- All additional information is optional to return an eligible order unless specified in the category-specific policy.
- Products are eligible for exchange only if the same item is in stock with the same color or brand.
- You will be refunded if a replacement is requested and the seller has a different product in stock.
- Shivayam Silks Pvt Ltd reserves the right to warn and suspend and/or block and/or terminate such customer accounts if customers abuse the return policy, or cancel or refuse to accept orders.
- If you have received a non-returnable item in a damaged/defective condition, you may contact us within ten days of product delivery
- We will always deliver quality Sarees. In case of damaged sarees, You have to upload package opening video for the damaged saree. We will provide an alternate saree with the same value, but refunds are unavailable. You are responsible for the shipping costs while returning the saree. We cannot accept the saree for return, if it has any damage in packages
